PASTOPIA REFUND POLICY
You can request a refund for purchase of Pastopia—for specific reasons. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought the game or extra accounts by mistake.

Quurk will, upon request via support@quurk.xyz, issue a refund with a reason, if the request is:

Made within the required return period (2 weeks), or;
-
In the case of game (Pastopia), has been played for less than two hours, or;
-
In the case in game (Pastopia), player had reached Thala Henge section, whichever comes first.

If you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look. Consumers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights to a refund in circumstances where Pastopia is faulty.

You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Quurk is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, you maybe contacted by a representative from Quurk that will assist you in the refund process. Please prepare the necessary information during the process.

Where Refunds Apply
The Pastopia refund offer when:

RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Upon upgrading to the full version of Pastopia, Pastopia offers yearly access that you pay for on a recurring basis. If a renewable subscription has not been used during the current billing cycle, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase or within 48 hours of any automatic renewal. Content is considered used if any games within the subscription have been played during the current billing cycle or if any benefits or discounts included with the subscription have been used, consumed, modified or transferred.

Please note that you can cancel an active subscription at any time by going to your account details. Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer automatically renew but you will retain access to the content and benefits of the subscription through the end of your current billing cycle.

PURCHASES MADE OUTSIDE OF PASTOPIA.IO
Quurk cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of Pastopia.io (for example, Product keys or Pastopia Access purchased from third parties).

CHEATING BANS
If you have been banned due to cheating on the game, you lose the right to refund that game.

REFUNDS ON GIFTS
Unredeemed gifts may be refunded within the standard 14-day/two-hour refund period. Redeemed gifts may be refunded under the same conditions if the gift recipient initiates the refund. Funds used to purchase the gift will be returned to the original purchaser.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
European Union and UK customers have a right of withdrawal from certain transactions under the terms of their respective laws.
European and UK law principally provides a right of withdrawal on software sales. The EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal ends 14 days after your purchase or the moment you start downloading the content and services for the first time (whichever is sooner).
At the same time, Quurk voluntarily offers refunds to all of its customers worldwide in a way that is much more customer-friendly than our legal obligations. In particular, and for digital games we allow you to try them for up to two hours, whereas your statutory right of withdrawal does not give you a chance to try out games at all. You can find the details in the “Where Refunds Apply” segment above.
As a result, even when your statutory right of withdrawal ends, you may still request a refund of your purchase pursuant to our own refund policy.

ABUSE
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing Pastopia or any titles related to Quurk—not as a way to get free games. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price.
